if a man had all the qualities you liked, but he was shorter than you - you'd turn him down? i dated men shorter than me, but i'll admit my husband is 6'3" :D

you need lots of green veg, good fats, and protein to get you off the carb crashes. i lost 17 lbs just by logging and keto *controversial for some i know* but it worked for me. i lost 3 more lbs and am in maintenance now. get a food scale and weigh what you're going to consume. it's time consuming for sure to plan things -…

i give money and food to the people with signs at intersections when i can, especially First Nations. i don't judge. i was almost homeless when i was young, and know what it's like to go without. i can't give blood unfortunately

after i had my two incredible kids - my legs looked like a road map. i'm talking thick and ropelike. i was self conscious for years but felt it was a marker of motherhood. in 2012 i had a scare where my veins started throbbing and went to emergency. i had phlebitis - swelling of the veins. after medications were finished…

i once worked in an environment where EVERYONE wore more perfume than was necessary. keep in mind this was the late 80's when there was no such thing as a *scent free work place*. the entire company smelled like Poison by Dior. it put me off scents permanently after that. my husband and kids don't wear scent either - not…

very happy you got out of your head regarding this. most people are too involved with their own selves to worry about others. you've made incredible progress - i hope you're able to maintain this attitude and lifestyle - carry on!~ xo

i got tired of not having a defined waistline like i once did. i was a walking rectangle and that muffin top was getting all pinched and lined from the jeans not fitting properly. getting sick also was a huge catalyst though. still sick but look heaps better and at least will look good in the coffin! :D
