  • Great job! You look young that is the best time to succeed. I am in my 40’s and I don’t know why I allowed myself to get out of control. It is so much harder now.
  • I am going to a weight loss dr to help with my life change. I have failed by myself. When I was younger it was much easier. Now nothing seems to move the needle the right way. I am keeping track of all my food but my dr wants me to eat no more than 1800 calories.
