Yes not walking makes my mental health play up. It can make me stressed out if I don't go for a walk and it can really help my mind and my mental health and my stress and my depression and it helps me feel good. I will definitely tell my nutritionalist on my next visit. Thanks

I do an hour and a half walk most days a week and sometimes it goes for two hours if I take the walk abit slower. I just started bike riding too.

Thanks it was really hard getting off the method but I didn't give up. I do most days per week an hour and a half walk or sometimes two hour walk and some days a bike ride. My dietician gave me a 1200 calorie diet but its very hard to stick to but I'm trying not to give up

Thanks. I find I sometimes eat more after exercise too. I've decided to worry about my successes rather than focus on my failures with trying to lose weight since after talking to my psychologist. 1 success is still 1 success and 7 successes and 2 failures are still 7 successes and 2 failures. So that makes me feel better.…

Are you calling me a liar? Since April 18th I've lost 10.9 kg up until today 16th august. That's four months nearly. How much have you lost? I think 10.9 kg weight lost is pretty good. I've lost 2.9 kg more then I should have as professionals in weight loss recommend 1/2 a kg a week

I'm not sure if I can do it but I'm giving it my best shot. I really want to have an amazing body. Plus a 7.5km ride or a 7.5 km walk daily I thought was great. Am I doing enough exercise? I would love to get no fat on my body

I did do 35 minutes of mountain bike riding today and yesterday. It was 7.5km. I usually walk it but it takes 90 minutes walking and I burn less calories walking. Is bike riding resistance work? I only log my walking to and from places like my 7.5km walk and walking to shops not in the shops and I don't log standing up either. I do log my bike rides also and gardening for that four hours straight burned 700 calories if I remember correctly but I could be wrong. And I logged my 7 km ride yesterday. So you reckon to…
