Hey y'all. I recently turned 50 and with that milestone decided it was time to make some changes in my life so here I am.

Hi. I'm Dianne and I just turned 50. I've got a long way to go to reach my fitness and health goals but I'll get there. In the last month I've removed 99% of the junk food, cut WAY back on fast food, started eating vegetables and started walking 30 minutes twice a day. I've lost 15 lbs. so far.
