I've found that taking a super bcomplex when I wake up in the morning has really helped my urge to snack throughout the day. I also have been disciplining myself to only eat when my tummy is rumbling them I snack on healthy stuff. I don't know it makes me appreciate it and pushes me to only put good stuff in
