I decided i LOVE Chili garlic sauce... its spices things up and tastes great. I put it in my noodles without spaghetti sauce, etc. last night and it was good.

I use Pinterest a LOT, and made a killer Pad Thai w/peanut sauce and tofu/veg's etc. I just split up the whole thing into 5 containers for the week and I'm golden! I do this with stir fry's lettuce wraps, etc. too. I don't have a lot of time to deal with lunch most days so this is easy and tastes great :)

Has anyone tried the 80/10/10 rule? I have been playing around with this but having a hard time trying to keep fat at 10%.. maybe I"m doing it wrong? :)

Hi! I've been on a whole foods plant based diet for the past year and would love to make new friends with the same goals. Not sure how to 'add' people though.. new to myfitnesspal.. :)
