Pick a sustainable way to eat that you can adhere to. Anything wild and drastic will eventually crash and burn. If you have a sweet tooth, consider that and don't ban yourself from eating such foods.

What do you mean no movement? Can you no longer exercise? Open park, go for walks, YouTube videos, body weight exercises. You can always move. And also maybe eat larger meals so you don't desire to graze.

Yep, upped my carbs and lowered my fat. I need carbs to be explosive in my workouts. Although I IF the stored glycogen does it's thing. I'm more satisfied eating more carbs than fat too.
