Calories dictate whether or not you loose weight. The gym dictates how you actually look. The more muscle you have the better you'll look. I worked a physical job while lifting too. All you do is figure out your tdee, eat in a calorie deficit and lift. 3 -4 days would be a good base. No need to run yourself bingo the…

Usually people quit when they're doing something non sustainable. If you lose weight in an enjoyable way you'll likely keep it off because once you get to your goal all you have to do is eat more with the same set up. The goal isn't to throw away everything you've been doing while losing weight. You should be building bthe…

Both are good for different reasons but if you wish to look sculptured and not a smaller version of your current physique I would focus on weight lifting and supplement with cardio. Lol, no Google next time you.

Lol, what a paradox. If your pastry expertise crosses over to the savoury variety then I'm all over that. A good homemade sausage roll highly satisfies.

Yeah.. not really into the whole tart scene. I'm the one that scrapes the tart just to eat the base crust. I'm not a fan of overly jammy, creamy or fluffy type desserts.

I'm yet to taste key lime pie. Soon though!

Very cool. I used to do this. It helped a lot in that I also recorded how the food I was eating impacted my energy, mental clarity, satiety and fullness. Now I know exactly what's required for me to feel my best. Writing allowed me to view my heath from multiple different angles so I gained a greater insight setting me up…
