  • I dont know, i guess with the scale, its similar to stage fright. I will try to kick it off. Thanks aloooot, I appreciate it 😊♥️
  • I guess we in nature tend to beat ourselves up to fit in a frame that is not our own thinking that it will provide the perfect picture of us. I will continue my weight loss journey and keep training, and will always try to keep a positive image of myself. Thanks aloooot, I appreciate it 😊♥️
  • Yes, i understand what you are saying now. I am new to the app so i dont know how to add pix. I will keep training them and hope for the best. Thanks aloooot, i appreciate it 😊♥️
  • Guess i will keep at them and hopefully they keep up with the same speed of change as my body. Thanks aloot, i appreciate it 😊♥️

  • This one (Ideal body weight: IBW = 50 kg + 2.3 kg for each inch over 5 feet. Females: IBW = 45.5 kg + 2.3 kg for each inch over 5 feet.) And plz b4 being rude, focus more when reading wat i write, i dont want flabby arms, i want slim arms, am not a UFC fighter to have muscular arms.
  • I have been in Plateau for the longest of time, dropped aloooot of weight when i started then everything shut down, changed the diet a 100 times. So i switched to body curving, everything is going fine except for a few fat lumps here and there, but now the number is back at bothering me again. I am thinking about the 16:8…
  • I really try hard to do that, but when you get to the perfect weight formula, i get thrown in a category that i totally dont look like i belong to. Thats why i want to see a smaller number.
  • When i started my weight loss journey, i stored alot of fat in my arms, now i lose fat alllll over my body, but when it comes to arms i seem to gain muscle, so my arms are almost the same size, but the difference is, instead of all giggly and wobbly, they are just huge and firm. They are not a bit feminine.
