Today I hit 90 days in a row on the Peleton. No need for a gym with that bike around. Tomorrow will be ride number 300.

Sunday I ran 8 miles, Monday was two recovery rides on the Peleton and today was 90 mins with Olivia on the Peleton.

A nice, easy, 6.5 mile run in the heat and humidity. Legs were still feeling the 30 mile bike rides on the two prior days.

I wake up at 5am and eat breakfast by 5:15am (unless I'm doing a pre-eating long ride or run).

GNC banana milk shake protein powder mixed with a vanilla yogurt, milk and sometimes peanut butter.

I currently can't even get the app to open on the iPhone. Tries to open and then shuts down.
