No. There are scripts that /r/keto uses for that, which works really well for desktop. But the easiest way is just to set yourself a fibre tab in your tracked section, and subtract those from your carbs.

Adjusting every 5-10lbs has worked for me really well. Almost 75lbs down doing so. I also make sure to check and adjust every month if I think I've plateaued, or if I end up with extra calories and I'm feeling full already. Just really something you'll need to judge as you go.

Ended at 13.3 miles after feeling something wrong in my leg underside where the leg and butt meet. I tried shifting positions and lowering from 25, but it kept feeling wrong, so I stopped. I’d rather end 1.7 miles early than risk a muscle tear, cramp, or whatever this was. 13.3 miles / 38:59 / 457 calories

Sausage balls store well. They're not very messy, are easy to make, and are packed with fat and protein. I'd bet there's some sort of low carb/gluten free/etc type meal option if your flight is that long. Airports also have plenty of places to eat, and they all probably have a good keto option. Burger places for sure will.…

30 in 3 months is a great loss! I was down 30lbs around 45 days in, but I was also starting as super-fat levels. My first loss notice was in pant sizes going down, and then needed to move down a shirt size. But pants fitting better was the only real hint I had that the weight I lost was actually gone. The scale showed…

Ketorade is a must for me, especially if I am doing a hard bike session where I know i'll be sweating a ton.

My Keto Meatloaf recipe with a spinach salad. Not anything crazy, but they're delicious and hit the spot.

This. All of this. You can do higher carb days, there's a cost, but keto is pretty awesome and you can get back to ketosis faster than you think you would. I was stressed before my first november test period. I don't have plans to go high carb anytime soon, but it's nice to know it can be recovered from fast. Pizza bread…

I'm allowing myself a christmas orange, but I don't want a repeat of the thanksgiving test. I let myself go normal carb and it wasn't fun to get through. Going high carb again is just an exercise in madness for me.. Can't get full, cravings that won't end, misery. If you do break keto, just enjoy your day and get back on…

The slow burning candle of keto energy is really hard to explain to people that haven't experienced.. it's just a well that you can keep pulling from much longer than you expect. Today was and is officially my lowest day since starting. 140.7kg/310.2lbs and time to find new pants.. again.

My new hoodie arrived today. I was being a bit optimistic, ordered a 2x (I was pushing 5X in 2017, 4x in 2018 before keto..), and well.. it fits. Fits nicely.

I was in the process of making some medium boiled eggs to do an egg salad when I switched and grabbed a few ounces of leftover chicken to eat. Now I'll eat the egg salad later when hungry. Simple lunch, but hits the protein and fat goal while being around 2 total carbs.

I'm gonna call another night of getting my fat behind on the bike, pedaling hard, and hitting my goal, another NSV moment. I could have not done that, eaten an entire pie, and lived life like I used to.

My daily capsules are Men's One a Day, 3 Vitamin D3 because it's the dark time of the year, and a B12. I do 1 canister of Zipfizz, as it gives me nearly 1g of Potassium, and some other things, and a muscle milk usually gives me another 600mg of Potassium, taking me to nearly half my daily goal of Potassium. If I don't have…

I started that when I started tracking. It just worked out the best for me. Daily tracking, in the buff, post bathroom. I track no matter how I feel, and it's working for me. 70lbs+ down, 150+ days later. I could track once a week, but for me, I think I would just forget and quit doing it. I need the strict schedule to…

After my carb heavy thanksgiving and the pre-thanksgiving test I did earlier in the month of November, I hit the wall hard after having high carb days. I did 30 minutes on the bike, then wall, then it was misery to slog through 30 more minutes. After you're fat adapted, it'll be different, or should. From my limited…

You can get it flavoured, and flavoured in sweetened form or unsweetened. Always read labels, but be aware of the sugars. You can also get shelf stable almond milk. Blue Diamond from Aldi is my daily use of choice. Usually unsweetened vanilla, as it dilutes the coffee flavour in my morning keto breakfast. Aldi has it cheap…

Yeah, I went from stocky, to fat stocky, to that hawaiian/islander type of big. In my pre-thanksgiving tests, I was around the 125 range. It was weirdly functional, but my bike rides didn't go great. Felt like I'd run out of energy and hit a wall bad. But I'm pretty sure I can handle long term at anything below 150. I have…

There are many other sorts of hard alcohols that are also no-carb, or low low carb. Unless you're set on Brandy, your options aren't terrible. Some vodka, perrier sparkling water, shot of a keto drink flavoring, et voila, tasty chrimbo cocktail. The Smirnoff Green Apple Vodka entry claims 0 carbs on MFP.. but it's one of…
-
Just to be clear for those that might see this, not all brandy is zero carbs. Courvoisier certainly has carbs, and plenty others, especially flavoured, are gonna have sugar to contend with. Like any thing, lookup the nutritional info, don't assume, and track it all.

Today is my 150th day track, -2 from that for keto. The idea of sticking with a diet for 100 days was something to thought “yeah, sure” not 100 days ago. Your loss is like me in a year or so, I hope. It’s like trailing your ghost on in a racing game. Day 150 / 31.93kg / 70.4lbs Can’t wait for day 200. NSV

Seeing that is.. a bit crazy. It's been nearly a decade since that was "fat" me, and not "I could be that weight again if I work hard" me.

13 miles / 38:02 / 452 calories Started at level 15, finished at 25, like normal.

Avocado Mayonaise sold near you? I bet amazon has it.

A health o meter I bought years ago. Almost 73lbs later, my superstitious peasant side is nervous to change it. Give the weight loss time. Keto isn’t a get slim quick scheme. First few weeks seem to have the lost loss from fluid weights. After that, you are likely in ketosis and getting fat adapted, which makes keto easy…
