  • My plan is to keep my carbs low 30 grams or less and only drinks water, coffee, tea. Also I will be included Apple cider vinegar in my beverages, working out at least 4 times a week, stop eating after 8pm or early, no alcohol, and to get at least 7 hours of rest each day.

  • My goals is to be consistent and get under 200lbs before my birthday in September.
