Have you tried shirataki noodle / spaghetti?

I’m baking chicken breast fillet coated in butter and garlic, with some potatoes and carrots. Delicious!

My go to breakfast recipe: 3 tbsp quick cooking oatmeal 1 tbsp chia seeds 1 bottle of yogurt (180ml for my choice brand) 1/2 cup raspberries 1 banana Blend them all for a high-fiber, filling, nutritious, delicious breaskfast smoothie.

Shallot, garlic, lemongrass, onion springs, ginger, and chilies ALMOST every time I cook. I'm Indonesian and our food tend to have a LOT of seasonings :D

1. MFP app 2. Green tea 3. Shiratake noodle + soups 4. Oil spray 5. Oven and everything baked / grilled rather than fried I'm Asian and we eat a lot of rice or noodle, and by changing into Shirataki, I'm able to cut down more than 400 calories everyday!

I don't stock on "bad" foods, and I don't do grocery shopping where I see an aisle full of snacks and binge them on. I usually buy my groceries from internet (it's way cheaper) or to the traditional market. It helps a lot. Also I'm a lazy person so if no snack is within range I will choose not to eat rather than going out…
