If you are going to Cheat I highly recommend Original Patty Men. They serve the best (in my opinion) Burgers in the UK. You can find them on Shaws Passage near to the Bullring. Also check out Digbeth Dining Club, its on every Friday and serves fantastic street food.

Use extreme caution when dealing with the hotter peppers, I was making chilli powder by drying out Carolina Reaper peppers. I made a mistake with drying and managed to make my apartment uninhabitable for a few hours.

I work 12 hour nights evening meal is around 9pm. I keep rice cakes or fruit as a snack and have a light breakfast at 7am before bed, I eat lunch when I wake up.

Yes, started mid July, I’m not getting much exercise at the moment due to a knee injury but I’ll be back in the gym as soon as I can.

Currently 24 days alcohol free, it really helps me to lose weight without it. Previously I would easily have 2000+ calories in just one evening of beer and snacks.

Have you tried making overnight oats? They are easy to make and you can just add fresh fruit in the morning.

I had a spinal fusion for scoliosis around 30 years ago, I was in full upper body cast for six months after surgery. I still get back pain now and again.

I made some today using single serve packet oats (Oat so simple) I added the recommended amount of skimmed milk and chilled overnight. In the morning I added fresh mango and strawberry, It was great, the oats were really creamy, it was like having a bowl of Strawberries and Cream.
