I was going for the 800 calorie as it's recommended by Dr Mosley (TV diet guy) and it's just meant for 8 weeks. After that it's suggested that you use the meal guides but on a 5-2 plan. My main problem is that I can barely walk due to hip problem, so that stops any lower body exercise. So I'm quite inactive. Have gotten…
