It may be beneficial to add more fiber to your diet - whole grain bread vs. white, for example. Take a look at your daily fiber intake and see if it's too low.

My typical breakfast consists of a high fiber tortilla w/ an over easy egg and half a serving of low or non-fat cottage cheese.

Low-fat plain yogurt with chocolate or other protein powder is one of my go-to snacks. If I'm home early enough to not wake my fiance with the blender, I'll make protein powder ice cream (frozen cubes of almond milk are excellent here).

Arctic Zero frozen desserts. 37 calories per half cup. The whole pint is only 150 cals. Or Walden Farms calorie-free chocolate spread. When refrigerated, it's like pudding.
