Hello everyone, My name is Tiffani and I am working on day 2 of Keto. So far I have found it rather refreshing that I already eat mainly meat and veggies, now I just have to limit my carbs...so right now it doesn't seem too hard, let's hope I feel the same way after a few days LOL.

I'm on day 2 of the keto diet and I was wondering the same...if my missing gallbladder would be an issue with all the fatty foods.
