For me it’s trail mix! Any snack mix with nuts and fruit and chocolate is like crack to me! I have no self-control with it. And since it is so calorie dense, it can ruin your day very quickly!

I'm 5'10" 135 lbs. and wear a 0-2 in pants and 25-26 in jeans.

I've been in maintenance for a few months, and I'm scared to stop logging! I know I would feel nervous just eating freely. So at least for now, I see myself logging long term.

I still weigh once a week, same as when I was losing. I think if I weighed every day I would drive myself crazy about it lol

I would agree with others, the big thing was not weighing my food. It makes all the difference. Also, for me snacking at night did me in so many times...so now I make sure to have low fat/low carb snack stuff like Greek Yogurt and Fiber One bars instead of chips and junk food. Also no alcohol for me...it stalls my weight…

I would say 500-800 calories. I find that when I am actively trying to lose weight, I only eat what I know the macros on. It is really tough when you are forced to guesstimate.

I've been doing 16:8 IF for some time now...and I love it. I have lost weight and feel more energy early in the day especially.

Hi, Yes I want to maintain where I'm at...or if I lose a few more I won't be mad ;) I will change my goal. I just have to wrap my brain around eating more! I fear gaining, but I don't want to undereat either.
