Hi all, im not sure how this community app works yet. Im 47, typical dad bod and have carried this extra weight now for over a decade. My goal weight loss is 70lbs and im here for the support (both ways). Im starting today, Friday off all days lol. Please add me or let me know if i have to add people. Cheers Andy
