Chicken is actually high in cholesterol but I don’t eat meat not sure where it’s coming from but my fathers side of family is very high in cholesterol

Tacos were from hello fresh with total ingredients and tofu dog cooked at home it’s just strange I never had to worry about this stuff was always the most nutritious person in my circle of friends and now I can’t shake stomach belly I’d loved to blame on age but

Today I ate three pork tacos at 620 calories total plus a tofu dog for lunch at 90 calories

I just don’t get it people I work with eat whatever and I eat a yogurt or salad and can’t drop a pound and they are trim and fit

In recent weeks I have taken in less then1000 calories per day some times 800 and still nothing

I am high cholesterol and gaining weight from carbs I assume so it really challenging to find food to eat

I feel the same over 50 and just can’t lose 10 lbs I don’t know what to do my caloric intake daily is maybe 800 and still nothing ugh

Satiety really? Not even close just want to lose ten pounds not that difficult to understand

I eat high protein very low carb foods just hope it will help with cholesterol and thought would lose weight. Cheese was my go to but not now 😀

I am 5’8” cholesterol 275 which is way high don’t want to go on meds so diet is the way I have to go. I get up for work at 6:15 and get home at 5:30 to cook dinner so not sure where I could fit in a good amount of exercise. Do walk dog mile or so a night. Just don’t know what to do

I started end on March and all was looking good but now stuck at 136 and for my body type need to be in 128 range
