I use rolled oats with 150g of fat free Greek yogurt, and some cinnamon. For toppings I usually use blueberries or diced and heated apple.

My nutritionist put me on 45c/30p/25f I’m excercising 5x per week, once with a PT, and have 1803 calorie allowance per day. I’m 138lb

Well done!! When you look at future runs in the first week you can never imagine being able to get to them but you can and you will. I’m about to finish week 5 and find that repeating some runs is benifical to helping build stamina but that’s just me. Good luck
