A cup of coffee or tea with some honey or Agave works for me to stop my craving for something sweet. Also, buy some healthy snacks already portioned or portion them yourself in advance. Homemade pizza is one of our favorites. We buy the dough (thin crust) - there are many low carb etc. options out there and then let the kids add sauce and toppings. For protein we use turkey pepperoni, deli ham, chicken, or turkey sausage. We also add veggies of course - the more the better. I think just involving the kids…

As a Swiss I'd have to say good cheese - Gruyere, Gouda, fresh Mozzarella. I actually eat a small piece of cheese after dinner as my "desert" some days and really savor it - my kids think it's hilarious....or weird. :D

Plain Greek Yogurt, Raw Oats, Berries. I prep this Sunday for the week in individual containers with frozen berries, put in fridge and can easily grab on the way out to work. I add a bit of honey or Stevia if needed. Also like egg muffins (prep ahead) or if I didn't prep ahead I'll have toast with PB and a fruit.
