I have dabbled a bit with the 5:2 as well and was considering trying it again. I thought I might just put in a certain number of calories for breakfast on my fasting days and call is "fasting" (like 500 calories) so that I can still keep track of how many calories I need to eat that evening and it won't throw off my total…

I don't think this is probably too odd, but I dip my potato chips in pork n beans. I do the same kit kat thing as the people posted above... eating all the outsides off, then taking apart the layers. :).

I love putting cooked pasta with cut up cucumber, tomatoes, black olives, parmesan and Italian dressing, paired with some grilled chicken. So easy and so delicious.
