Ughhh I literally wake up from a dead sleep ravenously craving sweets! It's one of my biggest issues :( when I can't find anything sweet (i try not to keep things for that reason) i end up eating some other terrible thing my body doesn't need just so i can calm myself to go back to sleep.

Ive honestly been eating 100% garbage from candy to pizza to fast food and ive made it to the gym 0 times this week and lost 2 pounds... i'm happy that i'm somehow not gaining it back but i'm really not proud :/

HW:210 CW: 189 GW:140 I finally got under 190! And I can now wrap myself in a towel after a shower and it closes all the way with no v thing forming under my belly because my belly is too big. Just need to share that with someone 😂

First day back to work after a week off, I managed to physically get to the gym before work but only got in about 10 minutes of actual exercise XD going to get there earlier tomorrow! Kept on my scheduled foods all day despite working around tons of food. Also im apparently up to 10,000 steps so far today.
