This has my name written all over it! I do so well all day and through dinner and then I fail miserably while watching TV or reading at night! Also have GERD issues, so my GI dr told me absolutely no food less than 2 hours before bedtime. Unfortunately, I'm ignoring him. :( I'm posting it now - no food after 8:00pm!!
