  • Pass Day #1 for me. Family has been in town for my mother's 84th birthday and the 4th of July. Today we were at the lake for fireworks and eating food from several different people. Too hard to track, but i did try to eat wisely. Technically didn't exercise today, but we did do a lot of walking.
