    Got out for some hill repeats. Maybe 25 degrees (f) or so.
    Little bit of a breeze.
    Notable was that I went out for exercise having forgot one thing.
    I forgot to eat breakfast. Had some larabars in the car though. Ate 2 of the.
    There was a group of trail runners out there. Sun was up but it was still early. I statrt when the mountain still in the shade.
    But there was a woman there running in shorts. I happen to believe it was not above freezing.
    I did that thing again where I feel silly about being overdressed and take off my balaclava.
    Brrr... when will I learn the error of my fashion maven ways?

    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 35 minutes strength and treadmill
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes although dinner was huge because I skipped lunch and it felt gluttonous.
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes.

    yes x 3. did 20 minutes of abs and arms, but also babysat my 2.5yo nephew for 5 hours, which involved a lot of running (chasing) and lifting lol

    Yes x3, exercised by walking several hours, including a dog walk, tracked everything, and came in under calorie.

    Getting back in the saddle: 5️⃣ day streak with my calories.

    Eating out is not healthy for me. I looked back to a few other times my bp was high, and because I track everything I eat, I can now see it was due to high sodium restaurant meals.
    This is hugely inspiring actually. I KNOW I need to eat healthy foods to keep my labs in their good place.
