    As far as too little calories go I had an issue about 2 months in. I wasn't hungry but was feeling off and more tired. My husband told me I was eating too little but I said that wasn't it and assumed I was going into a flare ( I have fibro). A couple of days later I realized he was right. I was eating about 800 -1000 less than my calories given with exercise. Now I make an effort to eat till I am 300-500 below, even if that means I have a latte instead of food (if I'm not hungry).
