As far as too little calories go I had an issue about 2 months in. I wasn't hungry but was feeling off and more tired. My husband told me I was eating too little but I said that wasn't it and assumed I was going into a flare ( I have fibro). A couple of days later I realized he was right. I was eating about 800 -1000 less than my calories given with exercise. Now I make an effort to eat till I am 300-500 below, even if that means I have a latte instead of food (if I'm not hungry).4

Your trigger question posed the other day has really helped me do some focusing. Which is really helpful right now. Feeling overwhelmed with too many things going on, leads to lack of planning, leads to easy foods...….that are not good...…….anyways, you get the picture.
this week I have been putting more thought in to planning ahead......even if it's only a couple of hours before meal time...…...I have a long ways to go though, like always.
Today, preparing for grandkids and the inlaws to stay at our house. Making my meal list now8 -

Thanks for the article and comments today. I think part of the problem with my weight loss recently has been too few calories. Sounds ridiculous, but based on what many of you are saying, I'm assuming it must be true. I've been exercising a lot more than I have in the past (honestly - not at all) so perhaps my body is in starvation mode and storing calories instead of burning them. At least it's something new to try!6 -

Thanks @RangerRickL for all your positive posts. You are a GREAT leader!
yes x 3 for me!Very, very busy day at work too! I have to get a tracker to see how many steps I put in a day. I am in retail management on my feet minimum of 80% in at least 8.5 hours a day.
Hope everyone is having a good week!We got this!

Yes x 3!
Exercise was deliberate walking after work. I found a new needlepoint store that was amazing but out of my budget (think "art" canvas by original artists, not an off-the-shelf kit). Walked Hobby Lobby looking for a more budget friendly needlepoint project and then decided my stash of craft projects would be utilized first!
@RangerRickL the articles were each a very good read and gave me much to consider. Thank you for sharing.5 -
