I usually blend 20g of whey protein powder with some ice, stevia, a dash of salt (trust me), and a little coffee (with some instant if I need an extra boost). Sometimes I'll even add some pumpkin puree and spices or extracts. It's under 100 calories and has caffeine and protein. Even works as a pre workout and tastes like…
