  • Hi Jules, I'm new to calorie counting, I'm looking to lose 25lb.... I don't really have a time frame in which to do it, not sure if I should. I want to start moving a bit more as I have desk job so I'm not to active. I also want to stop eating lunch out so much.... Today I weighed in at 213 so I will start with baby steps…
