  • Same problem when trying to complete the day, just get an error message, and now I can't access any of all the previous days' food diaries that I have posted. The error message "Sorry, but a server error occurred processing your request. Our team has been notified of the issue." Sure hope their tech support is on this.
  • I am Plant based and WF a lot of the time but still a bit of a challenge for me. StevLL. Hiw do you make carrot dogs? Sounds interesting!
  • To me clean is organic, which includes nonGMO, and preferably not processed, as close to how it came from the farm as possible. I fall short most of the time when eating away from home but I think it is worth trying for the health benefits.
  • Grnhouse, agree with others about MRI, but also you might want to search about inflammation on greenmedinfo.com. I take beta glucan and curcumin/turmeric and it seems to give some relief.
  • I find that I am not satisfied unless I have included healthy fat and protein in my meals. I usually eat one small avocado a day, and have a tablespoon of organic pumpkin protein powder mixed in a meal or smoothie.   • lima beans because they always seemed so plastic on the outside and DRY on the inside... avoided them for decades, then tried them once in a restaurant and was astounded that they could actually be great.. not sure why they were so awful as a kid, maybe frozen?
