I'm now "fat-adapted" and able to do mostly keto with a [healthy, keto-friendly] carb-up 1-2x in the evening during the week (maybe up to 50 NET carbs, nothing crazy and no binging!), while still never cheating on the foods that are inflammatory to me (gluten, dairy & most nightshades).…
