The same thing has happened to me. For whatever reason, during week 2 & 3, I gained almost half of the weight I lost the 1st week. I don't either. In the past, when I did, it stalled my weight loss. For whatever reason, there are days that I'm more hungry after a workout than others. On those days, I eat a little extra to ease the hunger.

I started out by myself about a month ago and my husband decided to join me 2 weeks ago. It's been an interesting journey! It's more fun with him as we plan our meals and cook together.
