Aug 7th update: 3.55/60 miles. I took the first week off but I look forward to catching up on the weekends on some hiking trails:)

I am in for August! I am a few days late but my miles still count. I have never done a walking/running goal so I am excited. My goal is to do 60 miles in August and to add more jogging in.

My ultimate goal is to lose 106 pounds. I am down 10 so only 96 to go! I have found my groove these past two weeks and I am going to keep pushing as far as I can go. I know I will hit several road blocks and would love the additional support:)
