Hi Tom.. i also need to lose 50lbs and hopefully by using mfp i will be able to reach my goal. I started the weightloss due to heartbroken, and i try to maintain the weightloss but this time with the positive way 😁. I know we can do it. Don’t lose hope and keep the spirit..!!
