Yes I think it would have been the same results just a lil longer to get them. But getting to eat more calories would have made some days better.

I'm planning on doing the couch to 5k. I diet and ride bikes atm and that's pretty much it. Also going to start lifting son when my garage is cleaned out and weights put in. Years ago I jogged some to lose weight and it helped. I'm down from 430 pounds to just under 270. Its getting hard to lose and need to shake things up

Good morning and a late happy hollidays. Been a very bad week. I knew it would be and prepared myself for it so it's no surprise. Nothing but ate all week and it's showing. Glad it's over for the most part. Looking forward to the new year. So many distractions right now. Just trying to hold on for the ride. Few more days.
