Pretty proud of myself. Gave the shrimp to my father. Well. I had one. The steak was good. Prolly a 7oz. No potato instead I had a salad. Only bad thing was ranch dressing. Oh well could have worse.

Thanks. Really just been trying to track everything as accurate as I can. Finding that place where I'm in a deficit but not starving myself. So far so good. Patience is not my thing. Been working on that. It's easy to wish it would all come off in a cpl months. But it won't. BUT it is coming off so I'm happy

Hanging around 374 last few days. Been tracking everything and getting my walks in. Oh this stubborn game we play (my fat and i) She's coming off weather she likes it or not. Shouldn't have any problems losing at my size. Gonna have to reevaluate what I'm eating (which is good food) and make sure I'm using the scale

Well I didn't succumb to the pressure of all the pizza in the break room. I had my big ol salad and I was considering having a slice if I wasn't full. Thankfully the salad filled me up. I prolly gained anyways just from the smells lol
