Drinking lots of water, going out for walks, making sure not to eat until I'm very hungry, eating slowly and making sure I don't force myself to eat everything.

We're like the same person. I also suffer from depression and anxiety which causes me to binge eat too. I keep on needing to restart my diet too...I hope we all can stay motivated and succeed in our diet soon!!!

Yes. I want to lose 11-13 more pounds, I started at first to try to lose 20 pounds...About half way there now.

To wear cute clothes and to be finally called skinnier than my friends! Someone in high school always made fun of me by telling me that I'm the fattest one out of my friends.
