Starting over after a motorcycle accident. Dr gave me the okay to start working out again after months of watching TV with a bag of Doritos on my lap and Pepsi in my hand while healing. Today is leg day so my deskercise goal is: 10 x 4 flights of stairs 25 x 4 squats Hopefully by the time I get off work and go to gym my legs will be primed for a good workout at the gym!
