Started in mid July weighing in at 256. To date I am 222. My trainer has me at a goal weight of 140. We have a bet that I will achieve this (another 82 lbs - geesh!!) in April of next year. Pray my strength! lol You can add me as an accountability partner if you wish.

The safe suggested weight lose is 1 - 2 lbs a week so you are right on point! I had a long feeling sorry for myself talk with my trainer on this subject so believe me lol! I would suggest that you add water (I'm supposed to drink 80 oz a day) and subtract the juice except for small quantities. This helped me a lot. Keep up…

I agree with the others that said to take pictures. I started a little over 3 months ago at 256. I am down to 222! I have been working with a personal trainer and am just starting to "see" the results in the mirror but CANNOT DENY the pictures (and measurements) my trainer has taken.
