I was 163 lbs 5'3" at my first prenatal appointment with DS and my doctor told me she would be totally fine if I did not gain ANY weight during the pregnancy.

Great info! Just an FYI - all of you ladies that have had a baby before , remember the day after you have the baby? You lose a lot more than just the weight of the baby! When DS was born I lost 17 lbs in that one day and he only weighed 7lbs 3oz!

I drink sugar free energy drinks (but only 1 per day) instead of soda - I like the taste and can’t stand diet soda. Choose one that has more B’s instead of just a lot of caffeine and make sure it is a natural caffeine like from green tea. My fave is XS pink grapefruit
