I was losing weight at about 1 lb a week at 1500 calories a day, then my weight loss stopped, I started doing the squat challenge and my weight loss started again, maybe just incorporate small workouts if u aren’t already. Good luck! ☺️

this recipe is called “extra eggs” 1 boiled egg, 2 boiled egg whites, 7 cherry tomatoes sliced in half then fried in a pan till wilted, topped with half a avocado and salt and pepper. I have been eating this every morning for the past month I looove this recipe.
