A lot of chains have info you can look u before you go. If not be very careful of your portions. Most places you should probably eat only half of what you get or you will be in 1,000 plus land real quick just for the one meal.

I bought an air fryer and now I roast them. Califlower and Brussel Sprouts are my faves. The Califlower I roast and then put buffalo sauce on them. Brussel Sprouts I put some salt and a little Balsamic Vinegar. Delicious.

For me like others it was sodas. Now I drink water or tea.

Hey there. I had a heart attack a little over 3 years ago. I am 58 y/o 5'11" was up to 216 5 years ago now at 186. I walk a lot and also do hiking (although too hot to do that here in the summer). I also do weight training 3 days a week. Just keep exercising and eating right and get there gradually. Good luck.
