Hello! My name is Minda, 45 years old, mother of 4 and a grandma...just recently quit smoking, it's been 4 months...but I have gained so much weight...I just weighed in 168lbs. Yuck!!! I work the night shift also...need some energy... Hope to start this journey of my life ....to be healthy :-)
