  • Actually, yes lol. That is my goal. So far I’ve started counting/logging calories 3 weeks ago. Went to the dr for an annual checkup a week ago and she had me drop my calorie goal from 1700 down to 1000-1200. She said don’t include extra calories for exercise, limit intake as it’s own category.
