Thank you to everyone who posted! I followed your tricks (specially adding nuts, peanut butter and avocado) and now I'm hitting at least 1400 every day. Still losing weight but in a healthy way, without risking binging or forcing myself to eat when I'm not hungry. You are awesome!

For everyone that wonders how I could possibly be having trouble eating enough calories, the thing is that I didn't use to eat that much food unless I was binging, but everything I ate was really calorie dense. That's exactly what I mean! I think I get in this mentality that healthy means really low in calories, so I eat a lot of veggies and then I'm just not hungry..
