Yesterday I achieved my promise not to eat cheese or sugar, so success. Today, however, out for lunch where I ate half a small scoop of ice cream, but because I haven’t eaten anything sweet for 6 weeks it tasted so sweet I didn’t enjoy it, so that was a success too.
