Hi, I am new here and my name is Cindy. My sister told me about MFP 2 weeks ago and have already lost 10lbs. I was going to Weight Watchers for 2 years but the last few months I started gaining the weight back a pound at a time and getting frustrated. So I need some motivation and help!!
