  • Ok I jumped on! Woke up this morning and just decided to fast so thought I’d try and incorporate 16:8 into my day as well. 2 cups of peppermint tea and 600 ml of water along with a 3.5km walk. Think I’m off to a good start...better than I’d expected to be anyway.
