I was nervous to get on the scale because it was shark week and I did not eat on plan yesterday. But I hopped on it and I was happy. Down 3 lbs. Yay. I started doing intermittent fasting and it helped.

Dinner for breakfast! Why? Because I can. Pork chop, cauliflower fried rice, spinach with Italian dressing. Don't forget the coffee.

I am also going to attempt to do a keto diet. It is going to be laid back to fit my lifestyle. I am healing a foot, so no running for me. :( Lifting weights (5X5 Strong lifts) and walking. Going to try to get back to running early September.

Carmen from Texas. Have never been this high without being pregnant. Currently 190, would be hoping for at least 10 lbs to jump start my weight loss. I am 37 and want to be healthier overall. Good luck to all.
